George Lleshi did a great job for us. The task was to refurbishment of a flat. The team was efficient. I am happy and satisfied with the service. I was let down badly by another company in the run up to putting my house on the market and I can honestly say that Urban Design were an absolute God send. George was able to rearrange my kitchen layout within 3 days, I needed my worktop replaced , various units moved, a new sink and cooker installed, tiles removed without breakage ( at £20 per tile from fired earth) 2 walls re-plastered and the whole kitchen repainted as well as hallway. They were consistently on time, polite, professional, flexible and with a ‘nothing is too much’ attitude. They went above and beyond to help. After speaking several times on the phone and in person, we were reassured that they are knowledgeable, professional and really care about the job they do, which is important given you're inviting someone into your home.
